Etcetera
Here is a little of “this and that” to help you in your quest for the perfect interior haven!
Show off what you love…
- Your favorite handbag is sitting in the closet—bring it out and display it on a bookshelf or table
- That nest of beautiful boxes is not holding anything significant—display each one by piling them up, add a chair or plants around it for a mini focal point
- The ruffled shawl is wonderful but you only wear it once or twice a year—use it as a runner on a table top or as a casual throw on the end of a sofa or bed
- The vivid colors of a scarf collection you no longer wear—frame them with the same simple black frame and create a gorgeous wall statement
- You have too much jewelry to wear—dangle the beautiful necklace from a drawer knob or lamp switch and add the dangly earrings to pillow corners
- Yard flowers, greens, pods and cones—display them in the beautiful bowl that’s really difficult to store anyway
- The china cabinet’s crystal and china—it’s not just for company anymore. Set the table to make the dining room inviting
- Serving trays are not just for bringing soup bowls to the dinner table—set them next to you on the sofa to keep the upholstery clean or use them to accentuate a special collection of perfume bottles, tea cups, etc
